Let’s welcome in the weekend with a glass of vino

and a good meal.
It’s been a busy week but luckily we can stop, take a breath and enjoy the weekend.
What is on your to enjoy list this weekend?
Ours is riding, running, vino drinking, and relaxing!
This had been one of those good weekends when the sun is shining and all seems right in the world 
Actually, I think I feel like that most of the time…..but this weekend was good nonetheless.
Let’s see…….
I rode my bike a total of 68 miles. 50 with friends and another 18 this morning rocking out to my ipod.
I had a fabulous pasta feast with my husband.
I ate some amazing oat bran loaded with all kinds of delicious mixins.
I spent lots of quality time snuggling this face.
Had a fabulous night on the town with new friends.
And drank some delicious wine.
