I have to say it is lovely to wake up and NOT have to rush around to get a run in, walk Pepsi, get ready for work and make it there on time.
To take advantage of my non rush kind of morning, I grabbed my coffee and Pepsi and I headed out to the dog park.
I guess since it was before 8am the dog park was not very dog-like.
Oh well Pepsi still enjoyed smelling every single blade of grass 
We continued our walk through the neighborhood.
Once home I was happy to sit down and eat my oats in a jar. I make oat groats in the crock pot last night so they would be ready this morning. I added in a bit of Almond Extract. I loved it! It made the oats taste a bit like biscotti.
I am off to drink some tea and do a few house chores.
And then run.
And then get a facial.
