This morning after walking Pepsi.
And eating biscotti oat groats with almond milk and almond butter.
I got on my bike!
Oh I have to say it has been much too long.
With all of the running, biking has fallen to the wayside. But this morning it felt great. And I got to meet up with my biking peeps
We ended up riding 20 miles up the coast and back and then stopped for a coffee.
Perfect low impact workout. It felt good to pedal rather than pound the pavement.
Now I am off to have some lunch with a friend.
And maybe get some yard work done
