I am having one of those days where I am feeling sore from all my riding and hiking and yard work endeavors. So I am taking it easy and getting some much-needed chores done around the house.
However I did take a moment out for a smoothie lunch.
Instead of making my smoothie with spinach today, I decided to use:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops chocolate amazing grass
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder
- 1 scoop peanut flour
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
And a secret pick me up ingredient. As you know I am achy and dragging today……

It was a great addition and I am already feeling the caffeine kick
Perfect for a sunny summer day.
On another note, Pepsi just got groomed and she is looking too cute.


She not only looks cute she smells good too
