Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 4 bunches of Kale
  • juice of 1 to 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of olive oil or hemp oil
  • spices to taste-we use smoked salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast
  • nuts, raisins or gogi berries

Directions:

Massage Kale with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and olive oil until the fibers in the Kale break down.

Add spices and raisins, gogi berries or nuts.

You can also add some avocado too :)
