Green Monster Shake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup rice, almond, or soy milk

1 banana

some frozen berries

1 tablespoon almond butter

spinach

chocolate amazing grass (www.amazinggrass.com)

protein

flax seed

Blend and enjoy!

Does Lassen’s have the bovine colostrom? …Also, can you get that grass stuff at a store or do you order it from the website?
