Best Overnight Oats

adapted from Kath Eats Real Food

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raw rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup greek plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • Half banana

Directions:

 

Put into a jar or other sealed container and store overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, stir and add extras like almond butter and berries.
