Chewy Energy Bars

Ingredients:

2 cups oats

1 cup water

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp flax seed

3/4 cup almond butter

2 tbsp honey

2 servings vanilla hemp protein

1/4 raisins

4 medjool dates cut up

Directions:

Soak 2 cups oats with 1 cup water and 1 tbsp cinnamon overnight in covered bowl in refrigerator.

Combine soaked oats with rest of the ingredients and the rest of the cinnamon (1 tbsp)

Bake at 375 in an 8 by 8 inch pan covered in wax paper for 20 min and 400 for 10 more minutes.

Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
