Great!!!
But what will happen once you turn fifty? Will your blog be fit and forty-plus-ten something? Just kidding. I love your zest!
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m looking forward to reading more about you.
Hi! I am also 40 something and not as fit as you…but I am on my way having lost 31 pounds and still going down, and of course documenting my journey in my blog (isn’t everybody????)
Anyway…it was refreshing to see another blogger closer to my age (sometimes I feel so old in the blogging world and I didn’t think 40-something was old) so I thought I would come over and say hello!!!
Hi..I too am over 40! My original blog name was rockitover40, but got so many comments related to the age thing I changed the name!! I am so psyched to find another blogger with the same passions close to my age. I am going to sign up to follow you.. I just started blogging last month, so I might need help or have questions!
Keep up the good work!
AWESOME!!! You and your husband are adorable and fit! HOLLA!!
Just turned 40 and feelin’ sporty! Love this blog! Turning 40 has inspired a whole new fitness revolution for me. In the lead up to 40, I got in the best shape of my life. After a life of being relatively active and fit, I took it to another level. And the key will be staying power and making it just part of what I do every day.
I have just started another more personal blog to document my journey toward really eating clean. I want that to be just part of what I do too.

I’ll be reading!
Just found your blog. Looking forward to reading more.
Hello from Orlando!
Found your blog tonight by way of Joanne, Apple Crumbles… noticed your reference to blog title: being over-40. I’m always looking for fellow runners/healthy eaters with a little life experience.
Great to meet you! Looking forward to learning more about you… following.
Hello from Montreal!
I find your blog very interesting and look forward to trying some of your recipes.
I’ve just started my personal blog about great healthy food and having fun in the kitchen.

Keep up your blogging!
I love your website. I recently just started a blog too (ladenette.com) about living life to the fullest and being healthy and active. I recently just competed in my first Figure Competition. Keep up the great work. Stop by my website for some great articles and recipes.
