Ingredients:
1 package oreo cookies
1 8oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
14 oz. your choice of chocolate (I used white chocolate chips for mine)
Directions:
Finely crush package of Oreos in a food processor or Ziploc bag
Stir in softened cream cheese
Use melon baller to help make into balls
Freeze balls for about a half an hour
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave
Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet to dry
