makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz fresh crab meat
2 melba toasts, pureed into crumbs
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dill
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and form into patties. Brown in nonstick skillet or on the grill.
