Ingredients:
2 cups of raw nuts (cashew, walnut, almond or whatever is your favorite)
2 cups of medjool dates
Directions:
Blend in a food processor.
Form into balls or bars on a cookie sheet coated with aluminum foil or a silpat
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Store in the freezer
You can add cinnamon and vanilla extract if you are feeling wild!
