An Adventure

What an Adventure!

I went to Sprouts for the first time today and fell in love :)

You see we are staying in a “civilized” city to pet sit two adorable dogs for a couple of weeks.

I call this place civilized because for one there is SUN, and two because there are three awesome markets:

Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, and now Sprouts!

Holy Moly!

I am in foodie heaven for sure.

Loved all the bulk bins.

I ended up spending a bit over 100 dollars-not planned but came away with some fun and healthy eats.

Have you ever been to Sprouts?

What is your favorite market?

  2. I’ve never been to a sprouts. I’d be like a kid in a candy store!

  3. Lori says:

I went to Sprouts when I was in Colorado last December. I had some issues in the bulk department LOL! Yum!

  4. I’ve never even heard of sprouts!
I love trader joe’s. Whole Foods is neat, but too pricey!

  5. Hi Kalli, Oh wow…I would LOVE that place. Dennis calls stores like that my “Happy Place” – and he’s right. I bet I’d drop big money there. BTW….just catching up on my blog posts…I’m so excited, I found Skinnygirl margaritas last weekend here in Canada – and apparently Bethany Frankel was here in Vancouver for the launch. I bought some but haven’t cracked it open yet. Maybe on the weekend. Have a great day!!!

  6. I got to Sprouts at least once a week. we buy our raw almonds there and anything else that comes our way!!! it’s one of my favorite places to be!

  7. I passed Sprouts today. I will have to try. The only Bristol Farms I know is in a mall in downtown San Francisco its mucho bucks but that’s because of the location.

  8. sprouts sounds and looks amazzing!!! Never heard of it. I dont even have trader joes where I live.. or sun.. so I know a bit about the uncivilized world!

  9. Lauren says:

I have not been to sprouts (or heard of it) where are they located. I adore bulk bins but read a post recently that was pretty gross. I can’t decide to take it to heart or dismiss it. How fun being in another city.

  10. Kalli's Sister says:

I need Sprouts and Whole Foods to meld into ONE perfect grocery store.
Maybe we’ll find that on Tuesday at Maddy’s Market. Can’t wait :)

  11. Sheila says:

I have heard of sprouts, but have not been there myself. It does look like a place I would like to check out.

  12. I wish we had a Sprouts — I’ve never even heard of it but that place looks amazing!

  13. We just got a Sprouts here and I love the selection on vegan protein powders they have – better than Whole Foods. But I don’t do all of my shopping there because the organic produce selection is not as good as Whole Foods, so I end up shopping at Costco, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. :-P

  14. Jamie Walker says:

LOVE Sprouts, such a GREAT selection of vegan products… I tend to shop there when I visit my family. In San Francisco (where I live), I shop at Rainbow Market.
