Hello friends!
I have missed you and missed blogging but have also relished the extra time it has given me.
I knew I had to check it and give you a bit of a recap of what has been going on in my neck of the woods.
Daley Dog Walking has become quite a busy side business and with Bill back to work, I have been spending lots of time walking doggies.
Running has been almost non existant because a few weeks ago I got really bad blisters from my new shoes and have had to take a break. Instead, I have been riding my bike and doing boot camp. Can I just say boot camp has got to be one of the hardest workouts I have ever done! I did a class on Saturday and I am still sore today-crazy.
And lastly, I have been doing a lot of mindful munching. Hee hee…..
Take a look at what I got in the mail a few days ago:
Somersault snacks are:
- all natural
- 3g fiber per serving
- nut free
- 7g protein per serving
- 15% of your daily vitamin e
- gmo free
- trans fat free
And they taste so good.
I had to dig into the cocoa flavor first:
They also sent these other yummy flavors:
So far I have bought a few packs at Fresh and Easy and Whole Foods.
I think I need to live by their logo:
“Live upside down”-love it!
Have you ever tried somersaults?
How has your summer been?
Miss you all!

Good to have you back!
Glad to see you are doing well. Hope you are enjoying your time off. My days have been fairly uneventful. Just kids stuff, you know they are either bored or hungry.
had never heard of somersaults, have to keep my eye out for them. Getting a lot of crookneck and zucchini from my garden so most of my meals have been centered around that. Hope the rest of your time off is wonderful!
Mmm…those look good. I think I’d try the chez cocoa flavor first too.
Great to hear from you!
Missed you too girl. Sounds like you’ve been busy busy! I’ve never seen those before. Probably a good thing
I want nummy snacks in my mailbox! Glad you are having a good, tasty summer. I always pass people doing Bootcamp, they are getting it:)
I have never heard of Somersaults — but I can see a bag quickly disappearing, so maybe thats not a bad thing!
sounds like you are having a great summer! I love “mindful” munching. well, I love to munch period!
so is a somersault a cartwheel??? yes, I do them…every time I find my self barefoot in the grass.
glad you checked in! xoxoxo

Yay, glad you’re back and that you enjoyed down time! Sorry about the blisters, what shoes caused them?
The snacks look good! My summer is going, but I need more time off from work.
I am so glad you are back and enjoyed the time away! I remember doing a boot camp class once and it was really intense, glad you are finding great ways to workout without running while your blisters heal!
Oh, and those snacks look great, but I haven’t seen them in stores.
Soreness is a sign of accomplishment and kudos to you for an amazing job on Saturday – see u next week
.
Those snacks look good!
Glad to have you back! I miss your pizza posts
I started getting blisters when running higher mileage. I bought the Injinji socks (toe socks). They aren’t pretty but I haven’t had a blister since.
Love the sound of the somersaults. Great snacking.
i thought you’d be away for much longer! welcome back. Love the art work on those cookies!

I have never tried the somersaults. They look pretty tasty!
Those are so cute! I feel like I’ve seen them somewhere before, but have never tried them.
I hope your blisters go away soon!
I am right there with you with taking a blogging break. How nice does it feel? I’ve just been kind of going with it too. I haven’t ever seen those sommersaults, but I’d love to try!
Welcome back! I haven’t tried these somersaults but they definitely look good!
I bet once you do start running again all that work from the bootcamp classes will come in handy!
Good to “see” you! It sounds like you’ve been a busy bee!
The somersaults look good! I’ve never heard of them, I’ll keep an eye out for them, thanks for the review!
I’m glad you’re back. I know if I would get my hands on those I would eat the entire bag!
hi kallie, great to hear from you and glad you’re been taking time for YOU!!!!
oh what a fun new snack to try!
Glad you’re back! I hoped on the bike over the weekend and realized how long it’s been since I have really rode any distance on it, but I completely enjoyed it and really would like to do more with it before the weather turns icky out in late fall.
The somersaults look yummy & I may have to hunt down & find some in my area.
I’ve never even seen those, but then again, I don’t have a Whole Foods near me. I would be all over the salt and pepper ones though!
I can’t believe its July 21 already – before we know it, it will be Labor Day! But, truth be told, I love the fall, it’s my favorite season!
Yay! You’re back! I’ve missed your posts, but I’m happy you enjoyed your break. I haven’t tried summersaults, but they look awesome especially the santa fe salsa!
I’ve never heard of these but the packaging is adorable!
Welcome back! Hope you are having a great summer. Haven’t tried Somersaults, but I would follow your lead and start with the cocoa ones!
i like sprinkling somersaults on my salads – like croutons! i wish i had more, in fact!
