This weekend passed like a whirlwind!
How is it that I have so little to do but keep so busy?
In a nutshell, Pepsi and I did some hiking with Khrystle and Sade:
I taste tested some of the Honey Milk:
Chocolate is VERY good folks. Pick some up if you can! Great recovery drink with lots of protein and no junk added like other protein drinks.
And Bill and I joined my sis and her hubby for a great cookout feast.

Is the Honey Milk by a company called Shamrock Farms? I just had a chocolate milk with 20g of protein and a very similar label, billed as more of a recovery drink as well. Good stuff, I will have to look for the honey milk!

I’m just happy I got up early this weekend. I’m a terrible night owl and tend to sleep in since I dont need to work till the afternoon. I’m trying to become an early bird so I’m happy I was able to do that!

Speaking of family, the best part of my weekend was yesterday when I was a caddy for my brother this weekend while he golfed + walked 100 holes of golf for charity. I’m so proud of him!

Great hiking photos! I loved doing my long run (though I’m not sure if I hurt my knee or if my mind is fooling me) and just relaxing, watching movies, and crafting

Love family time! We are having a lot of it here too. Best part of our weekend was arriving in Arkansas so be with my husband’s family.

Adorable pics and looks like a wonderful weekend. Oh yes, we had a busy weekend with family too – very nice. Favorite is a tie between dinner our with sisters and raw foods class.
My favorite thing about the weekend? First, watching my six-year-old swim the entire length of a 100m pool doing the backstroke. It was SO cute.
Second, we went to eat dinner at one of our favorite Basque restaurants this weekend, and the waitress asked Luke (my son) to help sing happy birthday for an elderly woman sitting next to us. After singing, he unprompted walked over and gave her a kiss on the cheek. It made her night! And it touched my heart to see my little one do something so sweet.

I agree, family is great! My fave part of the weekend was just sitting on my butt and watching movies. I notice my desire to be active dips at certain time of the month.
