Boy my 50 miler yesterday was fun and challenging 
Ever since then I have been doing a little of this and a little of that but mostly resting and recuperating.
First of all we received a fabulous box of goodies from Newman’s Own Organics:

We could not wait to try some of the products so this morning we created a fun “oatmeal bar”:

The grocery items were very expensive but we couldn’t resist some homemade granola and a Kombucha with our salad:
So far the weekend has been great and I still have one more day left-yay.

I love Newman’s salsas and pretzels. I’ve never tried their fig cookies or soy crips but I would definitely love to. The cookies look great the way you have styled them into cereal! like craving coming over me big time for some reason…
