Yesterday I ended up going on a 22 miles bike ride with Sara.
I was supposed to run and do hill repeats but my new bike was calling me to get out and go.
It was wonderful!
Afterwards, Bill and I prepared for our Pizza Party.
He is a master dough maker 
While he was preparing the dough, I was getting ready for our guests:
Our guests arrived:

Sara and Khrystle
Bill and I
Then the pizza!
BBQ Chicken
Caprese with Buffalo Mozzarella and Pine Nuts
Pesto Veggie with Goat Cheese
As if that was all not enough………………..Khrystle brought over tofu cheesecake from Santa Barbara.
It was delicious!
More and more I am convinced you do not need dairy in desserts at all.
Well I have a lot of calories to burn so I am off to run 
It is the last day of vacation and I am sad……
Back to work tomorrow

I had tofu cheesecake once a few years ago (and loved it!) but haven’t had it since, that slice looks incredible!

Excellent job on the 22 mile bike ride!! Wow, So so impressive! And I’m so jealous of your pizza party- it looks like a blast and the pizza truly looks better than almost all of the pizzas I’ve eaten in restaurants in my life! I would loooove a slice of each right this minute! The barbecue chicken especially!!

Yum!!!!! I make a raw vegan cheesecake without even using tofu (use cashews instead!) and i love seeing alternate version of cheesecake that are non dairy!

Holy hannah that pizza looks GREAT. I love how he made it a PERFECT circle lol. I’m interesting in knowing how the tofu cheesecake tasted. I wouldn’t know how to go about making it. Though, at the same time I never made anything with tofu. But still. So interesting!
