New Themes and Things

Last night I did a bit of housekeeping in my blog home.

It was starting to feel a bit cramped around here and I needed some room to breathe.

Do you like it? :)

Lately, I have wanted to try a few items floating around the blog world.

First up I have wanted to try Millet Bread.

Well I finally picked some up at Whole Foods last weekend.  Ashlei, I can’t wait to try it!  I have a feeling my lunch will have the bread in it somehow.

Have you tried Millet Bread?

I have also wanted to read The Kind Diet thanks to a review from Karin.

I got this book in the mail yesterday and have already dug into it.  I like this quote, “In our modern culture, there is a strange disconnect between what we eat and how we feel.”

I agree!  I can’t wait to read more :)

Have you read The Kind Diet?

Well bloggies, I have just finished another delicious bowl of grape nuts, rice milk, strawberries, honey and bananas:

My plan for today is:

  • walk Pepsi
  • run with Khrystle
  • maybe a trip to a weekday farmers market?
  • some reading at the beach?

Oh vacation is wonderful.  Why does it have to end? :(

  1. Almost counting the minutes to my vacation (which isn’t until June, sadly).

I’m heading to the farmer’s market myself. I’ve got 15 bucks burning a hole in my pocket…won the office March Madness pool…it pays to know next to nothing about basketball!!
