		<description><![CDATA[oh I ate green foods all day yesterday and no green beer...dang it~

my favorite yoga pose at the  moment, are inverted triangles....that deep twist just feels so good... oh and pigeon poses too...I am really trying to stretch my hips and legs ...

and I LOVE to feel a little muscle soreness the next day...LIKE today after a few hours of weeding yesterday!  NICE!
