I always have goals and to do lists.. I am actually trying to cut that out!

I have 3 runs to get in and 2 cross trainers which I hope to be a bike ride  and some rope jumping...i don&#039;t know, I am trying to find ways to shake it up!

but my run I have an am one,  a treadmill one and another outside run probably Sunday!  


and besides from being stoked I get more evening daylight time...the dark makes me NUTS.  I am all over the place especially after last weeks&#039; no sleep issues.  GAW~~~
