Do You Take Sleep Seriously?

Bill and I take our sleep very seriously.

There are so many benefits of sleeping-especially sleeping 8 hours a night.

  • Keeps you young by stimulating your Human Growth Production.
  • It also strengthens your immune system
  • And restores your nervous system

I love my bed :)

Truthfully I would prefer to not get out of it on some days.

And you, do you feel like you get enough sleep?

I definitely make it a priority.  Sleep is sacred to me.

On to some eats!

Last night we had a wonderful bowl of veggies, sunflower seeds, raisins, pesto and pasta:

Thankfully I have leftovers for lunch-can’t wait for lunch time!

In this post I mentioned my love of socks-specifically these socks:

Seriously, these are the best socks for running and riding.  They do not slip into your shoe and they are thick enough without taking up room and thin enough to not make your feet sweat.

They are also super cute!

Last night we tried another Fresh and Easy find:

These little babies tasted great grilled up and paired with a big salad:

It was delicious.  I see some sort of veggie pesto pasta on the horizon for tonight.

I happen to be starving right now because I just got back from my 3rd training appointment with Jillian my friend Khrystle.

We met at the park again.

Meet my Jillian:

She had me do various upper body exercises:

And some exercises that utilize both your upper and lower body:

And some crazy plyometrics which are like jumping drills.  Those were tough!

I am already feeling the soreness :)

Thursday we are meeting to do hill drills.  Oh Boy.
