The Walk

I  live in a town where I can pretty much walk anywhere.  Because of this, I walk to and from work almost everyday.  My walk takes about 30 minutes each way.  It is great exercise and great relaxation.  I do not miss getting in the car and driving to work.  I find the walk makes me calmer and less anxious.  Plus I usually have a friend to keep me company.

In the morning I dress in my work clothes and trade my cute shoes:

and head out the door.  Oops first I must grab my stuff!  Backpack and my green monster smoothie (which is more pink than green because I am out of spinach)

Off I go!
